Who We Are

Tejas Health Management (Tejas) is a Non-Profit Association formed to increase the efficiency, access, and service potential for Community Centers and other participating providers throughout Texas. The founding members of this unique collaboration are Integral Care, Bluebonnet Trails Community Services, and the Center for Health Care Services (Members): three Community Centers with demonstrated leadership and innovation in the health arena for more than 40 years.

Our Mission

TEJAS ASSISTS MEMBER CENTERS TO LEARN AND PROFIT COLLECTIVELY FROM EXPERIENCES OF ONE ANOTHER; PROVIDE ROBUST IT PRODUCTS AND SUPPORT TO INFORM AND IMPROVE MEMBER CENTER OPERATIONS; PERFORM SO AS TO ACHIEVE INDEPENDENT SUSTAINABILITY THROUGH IT SALES AND SERVICES, POPULATION HEALTH SERVICES, ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES OFFERED TO COMMUNITY CENTERS; EXPLORE AND FORECAST PAYOR OPPORTUNITIES WHICH FIT WITHIN BOARD APPROVED PRIORITIES.
